Account Manager (Foreign) – Global Commercial Banking

About the role

The Cash Account Manager will drive revenue growth by deepening relationships with foreign clients, especially Chinese‑market customers, and by expanding bank deposits. You will act as a trusted advisor, delivering tailored banking solutions and ensuring the highest service standards.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their banking needs and ambitions.
• Provide proactive advice on cash management, foreign exchange and treasury products.
• Conduct day‑to‑day account servicing, compliance reviews and KYC due diligence.
• Identify high‑growth Chinese customers, support their regional expansion and transition them to appropriate banking segments.
• Develop sales pipelines and achieve deposit and revenue KPIs.
• Create and execute account plans to increase share‑of‑wallet.
• Collaborate with Global Treasury and Global Transaction Banking teams to recommend suitable products.
