About the role

The Airlines Sales Coordinator plays a crucial role in supporting the airline's sales efforts. The position requires a highly organized, detail‑oriented individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The coordinator works closely with the sales team to provide administrative and logistical support for smooth sales operations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and maintain customer databases, including contact information, sales history, and account details.
• Prepare sales presentations, proposals, and related materials.
• Coordinate travel arrangements for sales teams, covering flights, hotels, and transportation.
• Assist in planning and executing sales events such as trade shows and conferences.
• Track sales leads and opportunities, maintaining accurate records in the CRM system.
• Generate reports on sales performance and other key metrics.
• Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and build strong relationships with customers and travel agents.
• Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and processing expense reports while ensuring compliance with sales policies.
