Accountant – Full Set Accounting & Reporting

About the role

We are looking for a dedicated Accountant to manage full‑set accounting, financial reporting and compliance for a leading industrial company in Singapore. You will work closely with the Finance Manager and internal teams to ensure accurate financial statements, cash flow monitoring and statutory filings.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain full‑set accounts, audit schedules and reporting packages.
• Prepare management reports, budgets, forecasts and annual financial statements, including XBRL filings.
• Review invoices, process payments, and handle intercompany billings and reconciliations.
• Monitor daily cash flow, produce weekly cash reports and manage fixed‑asset additions, disposals and depreciation.
• Ensure internal controls align with group standards and prepare corporate tax and quarterly GST returns.
• Liaise with external auditors and tax agents throughout the audit process.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field.
• Hands‑on experience as an Accountant, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting standards and corporate taxation.
• Highly motivated self‑starter with excellent analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills.
• Meticulous attention to detail and ability to work independently under tight deadlines.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Oracle NetSuite accounting software (preferred).
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Competence in Microsoft PowerPoint for reporting presentations.
