About the role

As a Customer Service Associate at Loanify, you will be the primary point of contact for individuals seeking financing solutions, guiding them from initial enquiry through loan approval. You will ensure a smooth, transparent experience while supporting the company’s mission to make financing accessible.

Key responsibilities

• Respond promptly to customer enquiries via WhatsApp, phone calls and other channels, providing clear financing information.
• Assess customers’ financing needs and recommend suitable loan options.
• Assist customers in collecting and verifying required documents for loan applications.
• Coordinate loan application processes by liaising with customers and financial institutions, tracking progress and resolving issues.
• Provide timely updates on application status and follow up on outstanding requirements.
• Maintain accurate records of customer information and application details for compliance and reporting.
• Perform administrative duties such as data entry, documentation and filing.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth processing of loan applications.
• Handle customer concerns professionally and escalate complex issues when necessary.
• Protect customer confidentiality by securely managing personal and financial information.

Required profile

• Previous experience in customer service, sales administration, banking, finance or loan processing is an advantage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with customers and team members.
• Good organisational and time‑management abilities to handle multiple cases simultaneously.
• Detail‑oriented approach to ensure accuracy in documentation and data management.
