Ad-Tech Sales Director (Singapore)

About the role

At Pixalate we are building technology products for a trustworthy, clean and safe supply chain for Connected TV and Mobile advertising. The Ad‑Tech SaaS Sales Director will be based in Singapore and will pursue new business growth, channel sales, and business development. This is a hunter role focused on closing strategic deals and partnerships.

Key responsibilities

• Grow new business and drive adoption of Pixalate’s technology across the digital ecosystem.
• Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with Pixalate’s vision.
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Sales and Client Services to support product growth.
• Identify and develop new revenue opportunities and strategic partnerships.
• Prepare and present proposals and pricing to close deals.
• Consistently meet and exceed revenue targets while maintaining a robust pipeline.
• Provide market insights to influence product enhancements and new offerings.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience selling SaaS solutions to DSPs, SSPs, exchanges, networks, publishers, agencies or brands.
• Proven track record of winning new client logos and managing partner programs.
• Strong knowledge of ad verification and ad‑tech ecosystems.
• Entrepreneurial, self‑starter attitude with a hunter mentality.
• Ability to develop and scale strategic sales partnerships in a complex tech environment.
• Rigorous attention to detail and results‑driven approach.
