Administration Lead

About the role

The Administration Lead will oversee all workplace operations and administrative services for GenScript’s Singapore office, ensuring efficient office management, employee support, and cost‑effective vendor relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily office operations, workspace allocation, meeting rooms, and overall workplace experience.
• Lead office expansion, renovation, relocation projects and oversee furniture procurement and lifecycle.
• Establish and manage relationships with property managers and service vendors, negotiating contracts and monitoring performance.
• Oversee expatriate housing programs, including sourcing, lease negotiations and maintenance coordination.
• Plan and execute corporate events, executive visits and large‑scale business gatherings while managing budgets.
• Develop and monitor the administrative budget for APAC, conduct cost analysis and ensure financial compliance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Hospitality Management, Biomedical Sciences or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in administrative operations, facilities management or corporate services.
• Strong project‑management abilities with experience handling multiple initiatives.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
• Analytical mindset with proven experience in cost control and budget optimisation.
• Fluent in Mandarin and English, both written and spoken.
