Adviser Support Executive – Administrative Role

About the role

We are seeking a responsible and organised Adviser Support Executive to provide backend administrative and operational assistance to our advisers. This role ensures advisers can focus on client interactions while you handle paperwork, documentation and coordination.

Key responsibilities

• Assist advisers with day‑to‑day administrative and operational matters.
• Prepare, organise and verify documents for completeness.
• Handle paperwork, application forms and document submissions.
• Follow up on outstanding documents and administrative requirements.
• Update client records, spreadsheets and internal tracking systems.
• Maintain digital and physical filing systems.
• Coordinate appointments and schedules as needed.
• Liaise with internal departments on application or administrative matters.
• Prepare simple reports, trackers and presentation materials.
• Support general office and administrative duties.

Required profile

• ITE Nitec / Higher Nitec or Polytechnic Diploma graduate.
• Fresh graduates welcome; no prior experience required.
• Organised, detail‑oriented and able to manage multiple tasks.
• Responsible, proactive and able to handle confidential information.
• Good communication skills and willingness to learn.
