About the role
We are seeking a proactive Supervisor to lead a team in a dynamic workplace in Singapore. The role involves setting objectives, organizing workflow, and ensuring safety and efficiency across daily operations.
Key responsibilities
- Set daily, weekly and monthly objectives and communicate them clearly to staff.
- Organize workflow by assigning responsibilities and preparing schedules.
- Oversee and coach employees to achieve performance targets.
- Identify efficiency issues and propose improvements.
- Enforce strict safety guidelines and uphold company standards.
Required profile
- Proven experience as a Supervisor or in a similar leadership role.
- Strong organizational and leadership abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self‑motivated with a results‑driven approach.
- Effective problem‑solving capabilities.
- Willingness to work longer hours, stand for extended periods, and work weekends or public holidays.
