AI Hub Senior Manager / Director

About the role

PwC is seeking a senior leader to head its AI Hub, driving the design and delivery of AI and machine‑learning solutions for clients. The role combines strategic direction, business development and hands‑on technical oversight to turn raw data into actionable insights.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the design, deployment and scaling of AI systems that generate business‑critical insights.
• Co‑lead the AI Hub technical team, setting technical direction and ensuring high‑quality delivery.
• Identify market opportunities, develop proposals and convert them into revenue‑generating engagements.
• Mentor and guide AI engineering teams, fostering innovation and rapid experimentation.
• Collaborate with clients to shape AI‑driven projects and ensure successful implementation.
• Oversee data integration, infrastructure and quality measures to support reliable AI models.

Required profile

• 9–12 years of experience in data, AI and analytics, including consulting or internal transformation roles.
• Proven leadership of enterprise‑level projects and teams.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to influence senior client stakeholders.
• Commitment to quality, integrity and inclusive collaboration.

Required skills

• Python programming.
• Java programming.
• Machine learning fundamentals and AI/ML solution delivery.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure or Google Cloud.
