AI Specialist - Enterprise Decision Management

About the role

Capco, a Wipro company and global management and technology consultancy for financial services, is hiring an AI Specialist in Enterprise Decision Management in Singapore. You will lead the design and delivery of intelligent decision automation solutions for Capco's financial services clients across Asia, helping them move from point-in-time analytics and disconnected AI engines to closed-loop decision systems. The role is embedded with clients and contributes to building Capco's Enterprise Decision Management practice across Asia.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the design of end-to-end Enterprise Decision Management architectures, from data ingestion and predictive scoring to business rule execution, optimisation and outcome measurement.
• Advise clients on which decisions to automate, augment or keep in human hands, and design governance frameworks for each.
• Decompose decision domains such as underwriting, claims adjudication, credit assessment, fraud detection and regulatory compliance into structured decision architectures using DMN.
• Design predictive models (scorecards, logistic regression, gradient boosting, neural networks) and apply prescriptive analytics and optimisation (linear programming, constraint optimisation, genetic algorithms).
• Integrate decision management with LLM and generative AI, including rules-based guardrails and hybrid architectures that preserve auditability.
• Build rule engine interfaces with model outputs, covering deployment, API design, DevOps pipelines, authoring, testing and versioning.
• Drive business development (proposals, RFPs, client workshops) and mentor team members while contributing to the practice's IP and accelerators.

Required profile

• At least 10 years of experience in decision management, AI engineering or a closely related analytical discipline in financial services.
• Proven track record of delivering production-ready decision management solutions combining predictive analytics, optimisation and business rules.
• Deep knowledge of insurance and/or wealth management decision logic, with secondary familiarity in banking or capital markets.
• Experience advising C-suite executives on decision automation strategy and the business case for intelligent decisioning.
• Comfortable as a senior individual contributor, client-facing advisor and practice builder.

Required skills

• Enterprise BRMS platforms: IBM Operational Decision Manager, FICO Blaze Advisor, Red Hat Decision Manager or IBM Drools.
• Decision modelling standards: DMN and PMML.
• Expert systems, case-based reasoning, Bayesian networks, constraint satisfaction and genetic algorithms.
• Scorecard development, logistic regression and decision optimisation (linear and integer programming).
• Machine learning lifecycle, champion/challenger frameworks, model monitoring and population stability analysis.
• LLM integration, SHAP/LIME explainability and model risk management frameworks (MAS FEAT, HKMA guidance).

Preferred: real-time and event-driven decision architectures, insurance or wealth platform ecosystems, process automation platforms (Pega, Camunda, Appian), prior experience in Singapore and Hong Kong, and published thought leadership.
