AI Workforce Reinvention Architect

About the role

The AI Workforce Reinvention Architect partners with enterprise customers to redesign how people and AI agents collaborate. You will guide organizations from AI experimentation to continuous, AI‑native operations, embedding AI‑first ways of working into culture, processes, and performance systems.

Key responsibilities

• Define new ways of working and employee roles aligned with business outcomes and KPIs.
• Design, deploy and scale AI agents that empower teams and reinforce new operating models.
• Lead continuous, always‑on transformation cycles rather than one‑off programs.
• Conduct AI/agent readiness assessments and develop literacy plans.
• Establish AI councils and champion networks to drive grassroots adoption.
• Implement retraining programmes ensuring no employee is left behind.
• Integrate AI adoption into performance evaluations, onboarding and privacy compliance.

Required profile

• Proven experience in change management, workforce transformation or similar consulting roles.
• Strong understanding of AI concepts, agent‑based automation and their business impact.
• Ability to translate business outcomes into tangible operating models.
• Excellent communication skills to work with business, technology and HR leaders.
