About the role
We are looking for an Application L1 Support Engineer to join our Singapore office. In this role you will be the first point of contact for users of our critical business applications, ensuring smooth operation and timely resolution of incidents.
Key responsibilities
- Monitor and manage support mailboxes and user requests.
- Log, track and manage support tickets to meet SLA requirements.
- Triage incidents and escalate complex issues to the L2/AMS team.
- Coordinate with technical teams to ensure timely issue resolution.
- Communicate status and resolution timelines to end users.
- Maintain support documentation, runbooks and knowledge‑base articles.
- Support recurring governance and compliance activities.
Required profile
- Experience in IT Helpdesk, Application Support or L1/L2 operations.
- Strong communication and stakeholder‑management abilities.
Required skills
- Familiarity with Salesforce CRM or Marketing Cloud.
- Experience with Workato, UiPath, Workday (Cumulus), Tableau and Slack.
- Proficiency with ITSM tools such as ServiceNow or Jira.
