Senior PMO/Project Analyst

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Senior PMO/Project Analyst to support the Project Management Office across technology and business initiatives. The role will work closely with Project Managers, business stakeholders, technology teams and external vendors to ensure projects are monitored and delivered on time, within budget and scope.

Key responsibilities

• Support Project Managers in planning, coordinating and monitoring activities throughout the project lifecycle.
• Track timelines, milestones, deliverables, dependencies and maintain project plans and action trackers.
• Prepare regular status reports, dashboards and maintain PMO documentation such as RAID logs and meeting minutes.
• Monitor project budgets, expenditures, invoices and support financial forecasting.
• Coordinate resource allocation, vendor deliverables and performance, and act as a central point of communication among stakeholders.

Required profile

• Minimum 8 years of experience in PMO, project management, analysis or coordination.
• Strong experience in project tracking, governance, reporting and stakeholder coordination.
• Proven ability to manage project finances, budgets and vendor relationships.
• Excellent analytical, organisational and communication skills.
