Architect – Architectural Design & Construction

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Architect to lead the design, detailing, specification and tendering of advanced technology and life‑science projects in Singapore. The role involves close collaboration with clients, multidisciplinary teams and on‑site supervision from inception to handover.

Key responsibilities

• Design, detail, specify and assist tendering for full architectural packages.
• Liaise with client teams on design issues and coordinate with other disciplines.
• Administer architectural sub‑contractor contracts on site from inception to handover.
• Assist site personnel on technical and coordination issues for both design and construction.
• Produce tender specifications and progress design elements in line with the Design Checklist.
• Mentor Architectural Designers/Graduate Architects to build a skilled workforce.
• Ensure all design complies with local authority codes and submission procedures.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in design and/or construction of architectural services systems, preferably on fast‑track projects.
• Good knowledge of Singapore building codes, standards and authorities’ submission procedures.
