Architect – Singapore (Entry Level)

About the role

We are seeking a qualified Architect to join our team in Tanjong Pagar, Singapore. The role involves overseeing projects from concept through construction handover while ensuring compliance with client expectations and regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate project teams to deliver designs on time and within budget.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously from initial design to final handover.
• Review and refine architectural drawings and BIM models, including model creation, submission sets, detailed layouts, clash detection, construction documentation, and as‑built records.
• Prepare and submit required documentation to authorities, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Foster collaborative relationships with stakeholders and support business development efforts.
• Evaluate team workflows against organizational protocols and recommend improvements.
• Undertake ad‑hoc duties and projects as assigned.

Required profile

• Accredited degree in Architecture (or equivalent).
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in an architectural role.
• Proven track record managing projects from conceptual design to construction completion.
• Competence in producing and interpreting technical construction details.
• Experience in hotel, resort or luxury residential developments is advantageous.
• Candidates without relevant experience may apply; training will be provided.
