About the role

We are seeking a Facilities Maintenance Officer to oversee scheduled and unscheduled maintenance of mechanical and electrical (M&E) systems and building services at our Toa Payoh site. The role involves daily inspections, coordination with subcontractors, and ensuring all maintenance activities meet service standards.

Key responsibilities

Monitor all scheduled, breakdown, unscheduled and cyclical maintenance works.
Schedule, monitor and ensure scheduled and breakdown maintenance activities and additional M&E and building services under the contract are carried out effectively.
Conduct daily inspections of M&E systems and building to ensure defects are promptly rectified per service standards.
Prepare inspection reports, technical reports, and photographic documentation.
Support manager in daily operation for maintenance.
Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, and site personnel to ensure smooth work progress.
Supervise and coordinate site activities, including repair, rectification, and minor construction works.
Manage office supplies, maintenance tools, and equipment stock.
