About the role
We are looking for an Architectural Assistant to support our architects in the design and delivery of building projects. The role involves assisting throughout the concept, schematic and construction phases, ensuring smooth project administration and coordination.
Key responsibilities
- Assist architects in daily design tasks, concept development and schematic design.
- Conduct research, create presentations and develop design documentation.
- Prepare production drawings for submission to authorities and for contractor procurement.
- Support the submission and acquisition of authority approvals under supervision.
- Help administer construction projects through to completion.
Required profile
- Ability to work independently.
- Proactive, hardworking attitude.
- Good command of English.
Required skills
- Proficiency in AutoCAD.
- Knowledge of SketchUp and/or Revit (strong advantage).
