WSH Coordinator & BMU Operator – Façade Maintenance

About the role

We are looking for a qualified Workplace Safety & Health (WSH) Coordinator who can also operate Building Maintenance Units (BMU) to support façade maintenance on high‑rise residential condominiums across Singapore. The role combines safety oversight with hands‑on BMU operation to ensure projects are completed safely and with minimal disruption to residents.

Key responsibilities

• Operate BMU systems for façade maintenance, including pre‑use inspections, routine checks, basic troubleshooting and coordination of servicing.
• Ensure proper use of fall‑protection systems, anchorage points and compliance with Working‑at‑Heights regulations.
• Schedule façade works in coordination with managing agents, residents and contractors.
• Implement WSH policies, prepare risk assessments and safe work procedures for façade and building maintenance tasks.
• Conduct daily toolbox talks, safety briefings and routine site inspections.
• Monitor compliance with Permit‑to‑Work (PTW) systems, investigate incidents and recommend corrective actions.
• Maintain safety records, reports and documentation.

Required profile

• WSQ Advanced Certificate in Workplace Safety and Health (Level B) or equivalent.
• Valid Working‑at‑Heights certification.
• At least 2 years of experience in building safety coordination or building maintenance, preferably in residential condominiums.
• Medically fit for work at heights and familiar with Singapore WSH regulations.
