Assistant Director – Architecture Project Management (Bay East)

About the role

Gardens by the Bay is seeking an Assistant Director to lead architecture project management for the Bay East Garden and its surrounding infrastructure, including the Founders' Memorial. This senior role will coordinate multiple stakeholders, consultants, contractors and government agencies to ensure seamless delivery of the development.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate the planning, design and construction phases of Bay East Garden projects.
• Manage relationships with consultants, contractors, agencies and public‑private partners.
• Ensure integration of all construction contract packages with the Founders' Memorial and related infrastructure.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation from inception to completion.
• Assist and project‑manage other Gardens by the Bay development projects as required.

Required profile

• Degree in Project Management, Architecture or a related discipline from a recognized university.
• 8–10 years of hands‑on project management experience in large‑scale public‑sector infrastructure projects.
• Proven track record in public‑private partnership delivery and stakeholder management.
• Strong analytical, communication and presentation abilities.
• Self‑starter who thrives in a complex, multi‑disciplinary environment.
