Architectural Coordinator – AutoCAD & Shop Drawings (Tuas)

About the role

The Architectural Coordinator will support project teams in Tuas by translating architectural, structural and M&E drawings into accurate shop drawings and detailed installation documents. This role bridges design intent with on‑site execution, ensuring material specifications and stone detailing are met.

Key responsibilities

• Review and interpret architectural, structural, M&E and interior design drawings.
• Produce, verify and track detailed shop drawings, cutting lists and installation details.
• Advise on marble and natural stone buildability, veining continuity and edge profiling.
• Coordinate with procurement and overseas suppliers for stone sourcing, quality inspections and delivery schedules.
• Maintain strict adherence to material specifications such as grade, finish, sizing and anti‑stain treatments.
• Act as primary liaison between project team, main contractors and installation specialists.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in architectural coordination or related drafting roles.
• Proven ability to work with technical drawings and produce shop drawings.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple technical submissions.

What we offer

• Competitive monthly salary of SGD 3,500 – 4,500.
• Full‑time, Monday‑Friday schedule (9 am‑6 pm).
