Project Manager / Senior Project Manager – Main Construction

About the role

The company is seeking an experienced Project Manager or Senior Project Manager to lead main construction activities for general building projects across Singapore. You will coordinate with subcontractors, architects, consultants and authorities while ensuring quality, safety and schedule compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Liaise closely with subcontractors, architects, consultants and authorities; set guidelines and provide expertise and supervision to the team.
• Verify construction details, design errors, defects and variations against plans before work proceeds or payments are processed.
• Manage people and organisational functions, including on‑the‑job coaching and productivity tracking.
• Plan, forecast and track subcontractor progress, provide weekly schedules and conduct daily coordination meetings to meet project timelines.
• Arrange daily logistics for site operations and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Degree in Civil Engineering with at least 6 years of relevant experience, preferably with a main contractor.
• Proven ability to manage deliverables and milestones on time, within budget and meeting business needs.
