Architectural Coordinator

About the role

The Architectural Coordinator will act as the central point of contact for all architectural activities on construction sites, ensuring that design intent, quality standards, and project schedules are met. You will work closely with the Project Manager, consultants, and subcontractors to deliver seamless architectural execution.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with architectural services and other trades on‑site, maintaining clear communication.
• Manage architectural work scheduling, material procurement, cost control, and documentation.
• Assist in implementing, monitoring, and reviewing the construction management plan.
• Supervise and inspect all architectural work performed by subcontractors, ensuring compliance with specifications.
• Coordinate architectural drawings, resolve technical/site issues, and keep the Project Director informed of any problems.
• Support the Project Manager in coordinating civil, structural, architectural, and system‑wide contractors.
• Prepare and coordinate quality management and CONQUAS assessments.

Required profile

• Degree in Architecture.
• 5‑7 years of relevant main‑contractor experience on Design & Build building projects.
• Strong knowledge of architectural specifications and MEP coordination requirements.
• Demonstrated leadership, commitment, and responsibility.
• Proactive, adaptable, and excellent communication skills.
