About the role
We are looking for an experienced BIM Manager to lead BIM‑focused projects, ensure compliance with industry standards and drive digital delivery across our construction portfolio in Singapore.
Key responsibilities
- Lead BIM‑focused projects and develop BIM Execution Plans to maintain consistency and quality.
- Integrate BIM into Integrated Digital Delivery (IDD), Virtual Design Construction (VDC) and Integrated Project Delivery (IPD).
- Generate clash reports and chair BIM coordination meetings with clients and consultants.
- Oversee multidisciplinary coordination, including 4D phase planning and 5D cost estimating.
- Mentor and manage the BIM team, providing training and support.
- Provide guidance to architects on BIM strategies and technologies.
Required profile
- Specialist Diploma in BIM, Degree in Architecture or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years of BIM management experience.
- Strong knowledge of Singapore BIM Standards and a commitment to continuous improvement.
