Architectural Coordinator – Main Contractor

About the role

The Architectural Coordinator will support site coordination for architectural trades, ensuring seamless collaboration between architectural services and other on‑site disciplines. This role is pivotal in maintaining project quality, schedule, and cost control.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate architectural trades on‑site and communicate effectively with other disciplines.
• Manage architectural work scheduling, material procurement, cost control, project oversight, and documentation.
• Assist in implementing, monitoring, and reviewing the construction management plan.
• Supervise and inspect all architectural work performed by subcontractors.
• Ensure compliance with architectural specifications and authority requirements.

Required profile

• Diploma or Degree in Architecture or a related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in construction or architectural coordination.
• Proven ability to lead subcontractors, ensure smooth progress, high quality standards, and minimal defects.
