Architectural Supervisor

About the role

The Architectural Supervisor will oversee construction activities across various sites in Singapore, ensuring compliance with project specifications and safety procedures. Reporting to the Assistant Project Manager, Site Manager or Project Engineer, the role requires coordination with subcontractor supervisors and on‑site teams.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise construction works to guarantee they meet drawings and specifications.
• Plan and coordinate daily site activities, liaising with subcontractor supervisors.
• Ensure all works comply with Safe Work Procedures and site safety standards.
• Monitor progress of reinforced concrete (RC) crews and provide guidance.
• Report status and issues to senior project personnel.

Required profile

• Diploma or Degree in Architectural, Civil or Structural Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in building or civil engineering projects.
• Experience with addition and alteration (A&A) projects in commercial buildings or shopping malls.
• Strong ability to interpret and work from construction drawings.

Required skills

• Proficiency with construction drawings.
• Knowledge of BIM/VDC tools.
