Architectural Coordinator – Technical Team

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Architectural Coordinator to join our technical team. The role supports design coordination, site execution and technical documentation, ensuring projects are delivered on time and to quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Review and coordinate architectural drawings, shop drawings and specifications.
• Identify design conflicts and work with consultants and contractors to resolve them promptly.
• Monitor on‑site architectural work, report deviations and support quality‑control inspections.
• Prepare method statements, technical reports, work schedules and as‑built documentation.
• Maintain accurate records of drawing revisions, approvals and compliance with local building codes.
• Collaborate closely with MEP, structural and other disciplines during coordination meetings.
• Assist senior architects with design optimisation and value‑engineering initiatives.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Architecture or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in construction or architectural coordination.
• Strong understanding of architectural drawings, specifications and construction methods.
• Excellent coordination, communication and problem‑solving abilities.
