Architectural Executive

About the role

SAA is seeking an Architectural Executive to join its multidisciplinary team in Singapore. You will work from concept through construction, shaping urban spaces that enrich community life and align with regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Project Director/Associate/Architect in executing design and management strategies.
• Coordinate inputs from all parties, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Review designs, monitor timelines, and assess progress against objectives.
• Lead pre‑design work, feasibility studies, site and zoning analyses.
• Develop design solutions that meet client briefs, budgets, and authority approvals.
• Prepare project documentation, tender packages, material specifications, and schedules of finishes.
• Manage construction‑stage activities, resolve site and design issues, and oversee handovers.
• Support business development and contribute to sustainability initiatives.

Required profile

• Degree in Architecture (BArch or MArch) from an accredited institution.
• Experience acting as a Qualified Person under Singapore's Building Control Act.
• Strong knowledge of design processes, codes, standards, and best practices.
