Architectural Executive – Design & Project Management

About the role

The Architectural Executive will support the Project Director and design team in delivering high‑quality architectural solutions, ensuring compliance with regulations and client requirements throughout the project lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Project Director/Associate/Architect in executing design and management strategies.
• Coordinate inputs and outputs of all parties, review designs for regulatory compliance, and maintain project timelines.
• Conduct pre‑design work, feasibility studies, site and zoning analyses, and develop concepts into detailed designs.
• Prepare project documentation, tender packages, material specifications, and schedules of finishes.
• Manage construction‑stage activities, resolve site and design issues, and oversee project handovers.
• Support business development initiatives and incorporate environmental sustainability best practices.
• Perform Qualified Person duties under Singapore’s Building Control Act where applicable.

Required profile

• Degree in Architecture (BArch or MArch) or recognised graduate diploma.
• Strong understanding of planning and building codes and regulations.
• Organised, meticulous, analytical with good communication skills.
• Ability to work autonomously, manage time effectively and solve problems.
• Fresh graduates are welcome; qualified QPs may be considered for architect roles.
