Architecture Intern – Design & Feasibility

About the role

We are looking for an Architecture Intern to support our interior designers, engineers and other stakeholders in updating brand standards, creating design guidelines and conducting feasibility studies for new student accommodation projects across Australia and the Middle East.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with interior designers, engineers and stakeholders to update brand standards and design guidelines.
• Compile and create technical benchmarks for student accommodation projects.
• Review and refine ISO procedures for management contracts and turnkey projects.
• Conduct feasibility studies for new projects in Australia and the Middle East.

Required profile

• Degree or Diploma in Architecture or an equivalent qualification.
• Strong flair for design and aesthetics.
• Analytical, detail‑oriented with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to commit full‑time for at least three months.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience with Adobe Photoshop.
• Ability to use Sketch‑up for 3D modelling.
