Architectural Manager

About the role

The Architectural Manager will lead and coordinate all architectural works on large‑scale, high‑rise construction projects in Singapore. This senior position ensures timely delivery, quality compliance, and seamless integration with structural, M&E, and interior design disciplines while maintaining close collaboration with clients, consultants, and subcontractors.

Key responsibilities

• Liaise with clients, consultants, project team members and sub‑contractors to follow up on all technical requirements.
• Plan trade schedules and coordinate architectural work, finishes, and interfaces with structural and M&E details.
• Ensure timely submission of architectural drawings, material samples, and method statements according to the project schedule.
• Plan and coordinate on‑site activities, working closely with subcontractors and their supervisors.
• Conduct routine inspections to verify progress and compliance with approved designs and specifications.
• Monitor progress against the targeted schedule and ensure adherence to EHS, quality, and government regulations.
• Oversee interior design works and ensure they align with coordinated combined services models and reflected ceiling plans.
• Perform any ad‑hoc duties assigned by management.

Required profile

• Degree in Architecture, preferably recognised by the Board of Architects (BOA).
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience as an Architectural Manager on large‑scale, high‑rise projects.
• Proven experience in construction supervision of architectural works for projects of similar scale and complexity.
• Strong leadership qualities and the ability to manage multidisciplinary teams.
