Architectural Project Coordinator

About the role

We are seeking an Architectural Project Coordinator to manage end‑to‑end project delivery for our Singapore clients, working closely with internal teams and overseas design partners. The role involves translating client requirements into coordinated design, production, installation and commissioning activities.

Key responsibilities

• Manage projects from client brief through design development, production, installation, testing, commissioning and hand‑over.
• Serve as the primary liaison between Singapore clients, internal project teams and overseas design/technical teams, ensuring clear communication of requirements.
• Coordinate architectural and technical drawings, CAD models, shop drawings and specifications with architects, consultants, contractors and suppliers.
• Conduct site surveys, monitor progress on‑site and ensure works comply with approved designs and specifications.
• Track project schedules, deliverables and issue resolution, providing regular progress updates to management.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Architecture, Architectural Design, Interior Design, Construction, Engineering or related field.
• Relevant experience in architectural or interior design, project coordination, construction or technical coordination.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural, CAD and shop drawings and technical documentation.

Required skills

• Proficiency in AutoCAD.
• Experience with SketchUp.
• Knowledge of Revit.
• Familiarity with CAD software.
