About the role

We are looking for an ambitious Assistant Business Development Manager or Business Development Manager to drive growth across target industries. You will be responsible for building a robust sales pipeline, nurturing client relationships, and translating market insights into revenue opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities across target sectors.
• Develop and manage a healthy sales pipeline to meet revenue and margin targets.
• Prepare proposals, negotiate terms, and close contracts with new and existing customers.
• Track, report, and follow up on sales activities to support account growth and market expansion.
• Build and maintain long‑term client relationships, serving as the primary point of contact.
• Monitor customer trends and provide insights to improve service offerings.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities.
• Prepare and deliver solution presentations, conduct business analysis, and recommend tailored solutions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project delivery and alignment with customer requirements.

Required profile

• Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline.
• 3–5 years of experience in business development, account management, or a similar role (fresh graduates with strong potential may be considered).
• Proven track record in acquiring and growing B2B accounts.
• Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication abilities.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret market trends and convert them into business results.
• Self‑motivated, target‑driven, and capable of working independently while collaborating with cross‑functional teams.
