Assistant Director / Senior Manager, Digital Strategy & Performance

About the role

The Assistant Director / Senior Manager for Digital Strategy & Performance will lead Raffles Hotel Singapore’s digital strategy, e‑commerce and performance marketing. You will provide data‑driven counsel to maximise campaign effectiveness, customer acquisition and commercial performance across brand.com, microsites, OTAs and GDS, while overseeing all hotel websites and social media channels.

Key responsibilities

• Drive the hotel’s digital and e‑commerce strategy across multiple platforms, managing performance agencies and leveraging data analytics.
• Oversee website and microsite enhancements, ensuring best‑in‑class customer journeys, SEO/SEM synergy and content quality.
• Collaborate with Revenue Management on OTA communications and manage Luxury Consortia marketing opportunities.
• Lead social media content creation, supervision of agencies and optimisation of engagement.
• Identify digital partnership opportunities, manage reporting tools and drive action plans for continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or equivalent.
• Minimum 8 years of relevant digital marketing experience; hospitality experience is a plus.
• Strong understanding of the digital marketing and social media landscape.
• Proficiency with digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics and SEO.
• Fluency in English and Mandarin; additional languages are advantageous.
