Assistant Manager – Data Analyst, Corporate Planning

About the role

The Assistant Manager (Data Analyst) will support corporate planning and performance management by turning healthcare data into actionable insights. You will work closely with internal stakeholders to design, build, and maintain dashboards that guide strategic decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct population and patient profile analysis to forecast market demand and identify growth opportunities.
• Develop and maintain visualization tools and dashboards for the public healthcare landscape.
• Act as Subject Matter Expert for new analytical and visualisation tools, ensuring thorough documentation and testing.
• Partner with the Data Protection Office to align processes with PDPA compliance.
• Provide training on updated systems and workflows.

Required profile

• Degree in Computer Science, Business, Finance or equivalent.
• 2‑3 years of relevant experience, preferably in healthcare analytics.
• Strong organisational skills, detail‑oriented, and able to work independently or in a team.
• Proactive, resourceful, and comfortable in a fast‑paced environment.
