Assistant Manager / Manager – Human Resources

About the role

As an Assistant Manager/Manager Human Resources you will partner with the resort’s leadership to drive talent acquisition, employee engagement and HR operations, ensuring a compliant and positive workplace for all staff.

Key responsibilities

• Provide HR business partnering for the resort and its attractions.
• Perform talent acquisition, coordinate recruitment and selection, and ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
• Work closely with an outsourced payroll vendor to process monthly payroll.
• Build and promote employee engagement activities and initiatives.
• Advocate for a positive workplace culture and drive engagement programs.
• Coach and guide team members and managers on performance, development and employee‑relations matters.
• Ensure HR policies are up‑to‑date and compliant with local employment legislation.
• Oversee HR reporting, analytics and maintain HRIS data accuracy.

Required profile

• Relevant experience in administrative functions for all employee types, including casuals and contractors.
• Excellent knowledge of Singapore labour laws.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams.
• Understanding of payroll processes and experience working with outsourced vendors.
• Background in HR operations and experience as an HR Business Partner.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities and drive end‑to‑end HR initiatives.
