Assistant Marketing Manager – Food Delivery

About the role

The Assistant Marketing Manager will support GrabFood deliveries by driving user growth, order frequency and subscription adoption. Reporting to the Marketing Lead, you will own campaigns, launches and growth programmes that shape daily consumer engagement with GrabFood.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end execution of integrated campaigns across OOH, social, digital, experiential and in‑app channels.
• Develop and run marketing programmes that build long‑term customer habits and respond to seasonal or merchant initiatives.
• Drive growth in Monthly Transacting Users, order frequency and platform engagement.
• Support the subscription programme through acquisition, engagement and retention campaigns across brand, CRM and in‑app channels.
• Translate product features into consumer stories, create briefs and launch go‑to‑market initiatives for delivery propositions and affordability features.
• Coordinate launches with Product, Marketplace, PR, Creative and Operations teams, managing timelines and quality.
• Track campaign performance, monitor key growth metrics and optimise based on data.
