About the role

Join NTUC Health as an Intern in Corporate Communication and Branding, supporting the creation and management of digital and non‑digital content across various channels.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage website, social media, and marketing collateral content in collaboration with business units, account managers and external vendors.
• Plan, write and publish articles, visuals and videos for the NTUC Health blog, researching topics and targeting specific audiences.
• Repurpose long‑form blog articles into guidebooks, infographics, and social media posts.
• Maintain a testimonial bank on Google Drive for use in marketing materials.
• Support SEO and SEM initiatives, including keyword updates, ad banner creation and landing page development.

Required profile

• Passionate about societal issues and making a positive impact.
• Self‑motivated team player able to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong interpersonal, communication and project‑management abilities.
• Detail‑oriented and eager to develop new ideas.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop.
• Experience in SEO and SEM campaign execution.
• Ability to create and manage email marketing campaigns.
• Familiarity with social media content planning and management.
• Competent use of Google Workspace tools.
