Assistant Mechanical Engineer – Junior Role

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Assistant Mechanical Engineer to join our design and engineering team in Singapore. This junior position offers hands‑on experience in mechanical system development within a manufacturing environment.

Key responsibilities

• Support the Design and Engineering team in developing mechanical systems.
• Assist in the design of mechanical components.
• Prepare and update technical drawings, layouts, and diagrams using AutoCAD and 3D CAD software.
• Support project planning and bill‑of‑materials preparation.
• Review technical specifications for materials and parts.
• Maintain engineering records, drawings, and reports.
• Attend project meetings when required.

Required profile

• Degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Experience with 2D and 3D CAD drafting.
• Familiarity with design software such as SolidWorks or Inventor is an advantage.

What we offer

• Permanent employment with a basic salary up to SGD 3,300 per month plus variable bonus.
• Work schedule: Monday‑Friday, 9:00 am‑6:00 pm.
