Assistant Project Manager - Data Centre

About the role

Turner & Townsend, a global professional services company with over 22,000 people in more than 60 countries, is hiring an Assistant Project Manager for a data centre project in Singapore. The role covers project support and coordination, monitoring and reporting, and stakeholder engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in the delivery of project management services throughout the project lifecycle.
• Conduct background research, data collection and benchmarking to support decision-making.
• Establish and maintain project documentation and reporting systems, and support detailed project plans and schedules.
• Monitor project progress and performance indicators, prepare updates and reports, manage change control and keep accurate change logs.
• Draft formal progress reports and presentations for stakeholders.
• Liaise with clients, contractors and consultants, attend project meetings and produce accurate meeting minutes.
• Support communication between internal and external teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in project management, Construction Management, Engineering or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus.
• Minimum 3 years' relevant experience in project management or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of project management principles, tools and methodologies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency in project management software such as MS Project or Primavera is a plus.
