Assistant Trade Marketing Manager (Modern On-Trade)

About the role

Heineken is looking for an Assistant Trade Marketing Manager to support the Modern On‑Trade channel in Singapore. You will help grow and premium‑position key brands such as Heineken, Tiger and Guinness across bars, restaurants and nightlife venues, delivering customer‑centric propositions that drive distribution, visibility and sales.

Key responsibilities

• Identify commercial opportunities and challenges through deep customer, consumer and category insights.
• Develop and execute trade‑marketing activities, managing budgets in line with brand and channel strategies.
• Analyse sales data, market share, pricing and competitive landscape to generate actionable insights.
• Build annual channel plans, activity calendars and promotional execution plans.
• Collaborate closely with sales, brand teams, creative agencies and event partners to deliver impactful activations.
• Maintain strong relationships with key accounts and support new business opportunities.

• Strong commercial understanding and creativity to deliver tailored solutions.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to influence and execute independently.
• Experience or exposure to on‑trade environments and outlet dynamics.
• Ability to work with cross‑functional teams and multiple stakeholders.
