Digital Manager – Client & Business Lead

About the role

We. is seeking a Digital Manager to lead client relationships and drive digital‑first communications projects across our Singapore office. You will shape strategy, mentor teams, and contribute to the growth of our APAC capabilities.

Key responsibilities

• Lead day‑to‑day client relationships, campaign development and execution.
• Provide strategic counsel to senior clients and mentor team members.
• Grow accounts organically and drive new‑business development.
• Integrate visual communications, social media and digital tools (paid performance, content, mobile apps) into client programs.
• Oversee project management to ensure alignment with strategy and strict deadlines.
• Track and manage client budgets, forecasts, resource utilization and financial metrics.
• Collaborate with strategists, video producers, writers and designers.
• Stay on top of cutting‑edge digital trends and build collective team knowledge.

Required profile

• Ability to provide sound counsel to senior clients.
• Experience mentoring and coaching digital teams.
• Solid project‑management skills with a focus on deadline delivery.
• Understanding of core financial constructs such as revenue, profitability and budgeting.
• Collaborative mindset to work with cross‑functional creative teams.
