KOL Management Intern – Singapore Marketing (Summer 2026)

About the role

This internship supports the Shopee Ambassador Programme by managing relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and other affiliates. You will help drive user‑generated content and contribute to the team’s marketing objectives during the summer of 2026.

Key responsibilities

• Attract, onboard, and manage day‑to‑day relationships with KOLs and long‑tail affiliates.
• Explore trends and initiatives to encourage KOL‑generated content that meets team goals.
• Track and analyse performance of affiliate channels using a data‑driven approach, optimizing for commercial outcomes.
• Ideate creative influencer campaign concepts and support the execution of platform and brand campaigns.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Ability to work independently, strong attention to detail, and effective verbal and written communication.
• Analytical and problem‑solving mindset with a data‑driven approach.
• Self‑starter, fast learner, and collaborative team player.
• Experience with KOL/influencer marketing, social media marketing, or a marketing agency is a plus.
