About the role

Mastercard is seeking an Associate Analyst to join its 18‑month Launch Program in Singapore. The role provides early‑career talent with cross‑functional experience across Digital Partnerships & Enables, Financial Institutions, and Retail & Commerce teams. You will work directly with customers, support account strategies and help drive growth for Mastercard’s payment solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Influence account strategies by applying analytical problem‑solving and data‑driven recommendations.
• Provide market data and customer‑specific insights to support business decisions.
• Understand customer and Mastercard strategic agendas, identify growth opportunities within technical frameworks.
• Communicate innovations, technology, and Mastercard products to customers.
• Handle day‑to‑day customer issues, manage escalations and deliver high‑quality service.
• Prepare and deliver management reporting on account performance.

Required profile

• Early‑career professional interested in payments, fintech, or retail commerce.
• Willingness to rotate across business units and develop a broad skill set over 18 months.
