Associate Commercial Director (Recruitment)

About the role

We are seeking an Associate Commercial Director to lead a high‑value recruitment desk in our Singapore office. This senior individual‑contributor role combines end‑to‑end recruitment delivery with business development, allowing you to own a client portfolio and drive revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Run and expand a specialist recruitment desk, managing full cycle delivery and meeting revenue targets.
• Identify, pitch, and win new enterprise and multinational clients.
• Build and maintain senior‑level client relationships as a trusted advisor.
• Lead complex, high‑value search assignments and headhunt senior or hard‑to‑fill roles.
• Mentor junior and mid‑level consultants, sharing market insights and best practices.
• Monitor market trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor activity within your sector.
• Represent the firm at industry events and client engagements as a subject‑matter expert.

Required profile

• Proven track record as a senior individual contributor in recruitment, staffing or a sales‑driven environment.
• Demonstrated ability to build and manage a client portfolio and consistently achieve revenue targets.
• Strong network and credibility in the Singapore market.
• Excellent stakeholder management with experience engaging senior client contacts.
• Natural mentoring ability without formal management responsibilities.
• Commercially astute, self‑driven and results‑oriented.
