About the role
Join our team to engage customers face‑to‑face and represent consumer brands at various events. You will receive structured training and coaching to develop your sales skills and confidence.
Key responsibilities
- Engage customers directly at events, building rapport and understanding their needs.
- Represent consumer brands professionally during events and roadshows.
- Present products clearly, matching them to customer requirements.
- Address customer questions and objections effectively to facilitate sales.
- Consistently work towards achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Participate actively in structured sales training and coaching sessions.
- Develop communication skills through real‑world customer interactions.
- Build relationships with customers to encourage repeat engagement.
Required profile
- No prior direct sales experience required; fresh graduates are welcome.
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities with a willingness to learn.
- Ability to work flexible hours and adapt to various event environments.
