About the role

Dentons Rodyk is seeking an Associate or Senior Associate with 2 to 5 years of post‑qualification experience to join its Corporate Practice. The role offers exposure to sophisticated, cross‑border M&A transactions and other international corporate matters, working alongside leading legal professionals across the firm’s offices.

Key responsibilities

  • Handle M&A and corporate transactions for a diverse client base.
  • Assist with cross‑border deals and complex international legal matters.
  • Conduct legal research, draft agreements, and support senior lawyers.
  • Collaborate with teams across multiple jurisdictions.

Required profile

  • 2‑5 years of post‑qualification experience (PQE) in corporate law.
  • Demonstrated experience in M&A and corporate matters.
  • Motivated, detail‑oriented, and able to work in a fast‑paced environment.
