About the role
Dentons Rodyk is seeking an Associate or Senior Associate with 2 to 5 years of post‑qualification experience to join its Corporate Practice. The role offers exposure to sophisticated, cross‑border M&A transactions and other international corporate matters, working alongside leading legal professionals across the firm’s offices.
Key responsibilities
- Handle M&A and corporate transactions for a diverse client base.
- Assist with cross‑border deals and complex international legal matters.
- Conduct legal research, draft agreements, and support senior lawyers.
- Collaborate with teams across multiple jurisdictions.
Required profile
- 2‑5 years of post‑qualification experience (PQE) in corporate law.
- Demonstrated experience in M&A and corporate matters.
- Motivated, detail‑oriented, and able to work in a fast‑paced environment.
