Associate Director – Executive Recruitment

About the role

BeathChapman (EBC) is seeking an Associate Director to lead and expand its executive recruitment practice in Singapore. You will work closely with senior business leaders, sister companies and international networks to deliver market‑leading talent solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute growth strategies for the recruitment team and client portfolio.
• Manage end‑to‑end executive search assignments across finance, fintech, technology, legal, commercial and life‑sciences sectors.
• Collaborate with internal enablement functions – talent engagement, marketing, data, research and training – to drive innovative, data‑driven solutions.
• Leverage AI tools and a cloud‑based CRM platform to enhance candidate sourcing, pipeline management and client reporting.
• Mentor junior recruiters and prepare for future Directorship responsibilities.

Required profile

• Proven experience as an executive recruiter with deep knowledge of a specialised recruitment domain.
• Strong entrepreneurial mindset, outstanding work ethic and collaborative approach.
• Demonstrated ability to manage senior client relationships and deliver high‑impact recruitment outcomes.
• Strategic thinking with a passion for innovation and technology adoption.

Required skills

• Proficiency with AI‑driven recruitment technologies.
• Experience using cloud‑based CRM platforms for talent management.
• Data‑analytics capability to inform market insights and client strategies.
