About the role
We are looking for a proactive Supervisor to lead a team of employees, set performance goals and deadlines, and ensure daily operations align with the company’s vision.
Key responsibilities
- Set performance goals and deadlines, communicating them clearly to subordinates.
- Organize workflow, delegate tasks and ensure employees understand their duties.
- Monitor productivity, provide constructive feedback and coaching.
- Handle employee complaints and resolve problems promptly.
- Maintain time‑keeping and personnel records.
- Communicate information between upper management and staff.
- Prepare and submit performance reports.
- Decide on rewards, promotions and disciplinary actions based on performance.
- Hire, train and onboard new employees.
Required profile
- Proven experience as a supervisor or in a similar role.
- Familiarity with company policies and relevant legal guidelines.
- Ability to learn a variety of job descriptions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and leadership abilities.
