About the role

Key responsibilities
- Handle high‑profile and complex corporate transactions across various practice areas.
- Draft and negotiate contracts, conduct due diligence, and provide strategic advice to clients.
- Represent clients in dispute resolution, including litigation and regulatory matters.
Required profile
- Qualified lawyer with at least 5 years post‑qualification experience (PQE) interested in white‑collar, enforcement, criminal, investigations or civil litigation matters.
- Senior lawyer with a minimum of 2 years PQE seeking a balance of advisory and litigation work.
- Demonstrated interest in sectors such as corporate, finance, or intellectual property.
